The staff was incredibly helpful and greeted me with a refreshing welcome drink that set a pleasant tone for my stay. After checking in, I took advantage of the hotel’s car hire service, which made exploring the beautiful surroundings of Kastoria easy and convenient. With my rental car, I embarked on a scenic tour of the lake and nearby attractions, and the hotel staff provided excellent tours and ticket assistance to help me plan my itinerary.
Back at the Orestias Kastorias, I appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping and laundry services that kept my room impeccably clean and my clothes fresh throughout my visit. Additionally, I utilized the dry cleaning service for a few formal items I needed for an evening event, which was delivered on time and with great care. Overall, my stay at Orestias Kastorias was made memorable not only by the stunning location but also by the hotel’s exceptional services that enhanced my experience and allowed me to unwind fully.
